Hip # 14 – Unnamed Filly (TX)
Chestnut filly foaled April 20, 2023
(Known Agenda x Funtasia, by Acclamation)

• From the first crop of Grade 1 winner KNOWN AGENDA, a winner at two and three, who took the Florida Derby at Gulfstream by nearly 3 lengths; out of a Grade 1 winning dam by Horse of the Year and top sire CURLIN
• Sons of Curlin have already made their mark as important stallions, siring two of the past three Kentucky Derby winners and this year’s Belmont Stakes winner; GOOD MAGIC ($125,000 fee in 2024), whose first crop are now four, has 8 graded winners in addition to his classic winners MAGE and DORNOCH, including G1 winners Muth and Blazing Sevens from his first two crops; KEEN ICE’s first crop included Kentucky Derby winner RICH STRIKE; other sons of CURLIN include VINO ROSSO, EXAGGERATOR, and CONNECT
• Bred 4x4 to the breed-shaping stallion MR. PROSPECTOR
• Third foal out of the winning mare FUNTASIA, whose first two foals are both winners in 2024. Her 3yo SHARP LORENZO won 3 of his first 6 starts, including two wins at Santa Anita; her 2yo Vino Rosso filly, trained by Steve Asmussen, won at Lone Star in June, and fetched $170,000 at the TTA 2yo in Training Sale this year
• From a family developed by the Golden Eagle Farm of noted breeder John C. Mabee, this filly’s second dam won 7 of 14 starts, including the Grade 1 Santa Maria Handicap for trainer Bob Baffert. Her offspring include the dam of Graded winner Noble Beauty and stakes winner Adorable Miss – who in 2024 has two important stakes performers on the track in 3yo CUGINO (on the board in 5 of 6 starts and $364,100 in earnings) and G3-placed BATTLE OF NORMANDY, winner of her last two starts including an allowance at Saratoga on July 14th; both are trained by Shug McGaughey for West Point Thoroughbreds and Woodford Racing
• A direct female-line descendant of the great broodmare LA TROIENNE, through the incomparable BUSHER – this filly’s 7th dam and the American Horse of the Year at 3, champion filly at 2, 3, and champion older mare
